Weaving Contemporary Dance with Contact Improvisation
In dieser Klasse werden wir die fließenden und raumgreifenden Qualitäten des zeitgenössischen Tanzes mit Spontaneität und der Kunst des Zuhörens der Contact Improvisation verbinden. Wir werden unser Bewegungsvokabular mit Floorwork und akrobatischen Elementen bereichern, unser Partnering-Skills und unsere Fähigkeiten zur Gewichtsverteilung vertiefen und einen größeren Sinn für Präsenz und Reaktionsfähigkeit in unserem Tanz kultivieren. Durch Körperarbeit, Soloexploration, Duette und Improvisationsaufgaben öffnen wir einen Raum für spielerische Erkundungen, um mit Subtilität und Elastzität zu schweben, zu rollen, zu fangen, zu fliegen, hoch und runter zu fallen. Geleitet von der Schwerkraft, der Verbindung zu uns selbst entstehen kreative Duette und Gruppenkompositionen. www.rebeccaweingartner.com
Weaving Contemporary Dance with Contact Improvisation
In this class we will combine the fluid and expansive quality of contemporary dance with spontaneity and the art of listening of Contact Improvisation. We will enrich our movement vocabulary with floorwork and acrobatics, deepen our partnering and weight-sharing skills and cultivate a greater sense of presence and responsiveness in our dancing. Through bodywork, solo exploration, duets and improvisational tasks, we open a space for playful exploration to suspend, roll, catch, fly, fall up and down with subtlety and elasticity. Guided by our gravitational compass we will delve into creative duets and group compositions.
